Our aviation education outreach is one of the most important aspects of our mission to connect, inspire, support and engage with the community to promote without exception all careers in the aviation and aerospace industries. We work with industry, education providers, community groups and individuals to reach as many people as we can.
Our education resources, events, and initiatives are aimed at those wanting to join or learn about entering the industry, in addition to those who are looking to progress or change their current roles within the industry.
Our broad outreach programs also provide a fantastic platform for organisations and people looking to promote the different careers in aviation and aerospace through the sharing of their inspiring personal journeys.
With a vast array of programs and initiatives, we have something for all ages and career stages. Our different and ever-growing amount of resources start from aviation detailed colouring pages, an aviation careers guide with 32 inspiring women featured, our highly sought and free SOAR Mentoring program, Girls in Aviation Day events and our Aviation Career Explorer (ACE) Program.
